What We’re Looking For:

A Digital Campaign Manager with experience in the operational handling of branding and performance campaigns. We're looking for someone with a highly analytical mind who enjoys working with ad tech tools and collaborating with our clients. This position is an exciting challenge for experts in operational performance marketing.

What You Bring:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the operational handling of display, social and video campaigns in various Ad Servers, Social Business Manager and DSPs (i.e. Adform, DV360, Meta, TikTok, etc.).
  • High level of analytical skills to achieve customer KPIs through targeted optimization actions.
  • Enjoy analyzing acquisition and engagement reports from various web analytics tools.
  • Skilled at communicating performance values and advising on optimization actions, as well as suitable testings.
  • Knowledge of how to thoroughly familiarize yourself with a product to set up tracking events on various advertising platforms.

What You Will Do:

  • Operational campaign setup of display, social and video campaigns.
  • Monitoring, optimization, and performance tracking using our reporting tools.
  • Challenging media plans regarding data strategy and innovation.
  • Conception of tracking and targeting solutions for relevant and measurable touchpoints.
  • Continuous professional development in web analytics tools such as GA4 and internal and external knowledge sharing.
  • Close collaboration with national and international website marketers and publishers.
  • Interdisciplinary teamwork with content and production teams.
